I am lookin to hire a car when i am in Ibiza at the start of august, i am 19 and have a license, but was wonderin if there was an age limit.

Not sure, it depends on the rental company. Seeing you're going in August you will have to make an advance car reservation, so when you're making the reservation just ask about possible age restricitons.
