Car Hire - Turbo Car Rental

I hope my poor experience with Turbo Car Hire last week in Ibiza may help others. I booked a car for one week on line, and the rates seemed good, Wen I went to collect the car, the one offered had some severe damage to three sides of the car, and was not mentioned in the documentation. I was told "its not a problem your insurance would cover that" Needless to say I asked for an UNDAMAGED car, this I had for 3 days until it would not start the 3rd morning. I called to the number on the invoice, and the assistant said he would get on to my local office (Can d'en Bossa) and they would be with me soon, 45 minutes later no show, so again called assistant who said "Ive had other calls to deal with" so I had to call the local office, This I did, and an hour or so more passed when finally a replacement car arrived. This was almost empty of petrol so I had to take it to the nearest garage; on leaving the garage all the dashboard warning lights came on so I drove it back to the Can d;en Bossa office, where I said I wanted no more cars and to cancel the remaining 3 days. This they did and returned my deposit. They could not refund me my money for the remaining 3 days "as I had booked on line" but I would get that back "no problem"

Now on returning to the UK I find I have not been refunded, but Turbo have used my debit card number to take an additional payment form me of some £47.

Needless to say there as been no reply to an email I sent asking t=fro my original refund, and a refund of this new £47

Altogether a sorry and time consuming experience, which has yet to be resolved by this very poor company.
