hey guys

just been clicking on a few links on this website.

one simple question

whats the best car hire shop in the bay ?

loads of choices it seems and i would just like to run with the most popular for a Ford fiesta size car

been looking to view the island for yrs in a hire car do all the famous spots including Es Vedra viewed from the land side etc , just never had the nerve to hire a car tbh

Depends how long you are there for, though. It knocks 70 Euros+ off your taxi bills, which saves a stack of the hire cost if you're only there for a week. Obviously a bit of fuel to allow also which is easy to forget. Also picking up or dropping off cars after hours can be a problem and/or increase the cost by 30 or so Euros each way if you are outside normal hours working around flight times.

I've been done for 60-70 Euros plus for a 1-day hire before but with pre-booking you can sometimes get a car for a week from the airport for a little over a hundred. It's a very easy drive from the airport to San An too.
