Car Hire 18th-25th August

Basically my mates and I through sheer idiocy and lack of communication completely forgot to book our cars for our trip in 9 days time. Of course now we can't find anything which is an absolute nightmare considering our villa is really quite remote.

Just thought i'd drop by to see if anyone knows of any firms on the island that may not advertise online or any other suggestions that could save our holiday from being a farce of extremely long walks and cab rides!

Really hope you can help!

There are car hire places all over the island - we haven't booked in advance either. We are awaiting until we get there and will compare prices on the places in and around our resort. I find this cheaper than booking online before I go.

Also you can hire a car at the airport.

Don't panic - you will get something no problem.
 
Dont count on picking something up cheaply for the dates you are going and its still peak season, just simply checking the usual online sites will make you realise this with nothing available or extemely high prices. I tried to hire a car last year from the airport at the same time as you and absolutely nothing was available, same in the resort (san an), gave up after a day of looking and resigned myself to having a car free holiday.

if you really want a funmobil, be so fast as you can with booking in august or, PER PEDES ;)
