having just tried to cancel my ticket for insane next weekend (the 4th) if is coming up with the following message:

The automatic refund of your payment was not possible. This may be due to

1. You paid using Paypal, in which case we shall make a manual refund
2. You booked a VIP table, in which case we shall make a manual refund.
3. Your Credit Card may have expired or may no longer be valid or more than 6 months may have passed since the original payment (some banks enforce a 6 month limit on automatic refunds). In this case we shall make a manual refund.
4. This ticket is non-refundable.

i just want to be sure that i still have the tickets (as they are not coming up in the box anymore)

and that a refund is being issued for the amnesia ones i have cancelled as per the message on the board:

- Amnesia Closing Party, Amnesia, Sat 5 October, 2013. 3 adults. Cancelled 27 September, 2013 18:08:21

Amount: 150.00 EUR.

Please can you let me know as soon as possible, as i want to make alternative bookings, but not if nothing has cancelled.

basically, if i cant get a refund, i would rather keep the ticket and go to the party. obviously.
