If you have booked through spotlight, you should have paid a one night deposit..
I've booked 3 times and never had a problem!

You just pay the rest upon arrival!

if you book with us you get an email confirmation which tells you what you've paid and how to pay the balance...

eg

PAYMENT POLICY

"You have now secured your booking by paying a xx.xx deposit.

You Credit Card account will be charged by Ibiza Spotlight S.L. whose
name will appear on your Credit Card report. It may take up to 5 days
for this to show up in your account.
This varies from country to country.

Payment of the balance (see above) is to be made directly to the
accommodation upon arrival."
