Me and Sarah came down to London last weekend for Sarah's mum's 50th birthday because she wanted to do the west end show thing. We went to 'we will rock you' which they all loved including Sarah who now wants to go to another one (god help me) So with this in mind Can someone 'recommend' one that is bareable for me?

There's only one show to do this year and that's Dirty Dancing  Our tickets are booked for 1st December - as you can imagine Tom can't wait

babs, you just recommended dirty dancing     (although you're right, his mum and sarah'll love it)

 I'm doing a Robder and not reading whole posts

Seriously tho Jez if you want some Brownie points it's got to be Dirty Dancing all the way  ;)

Not Chicago... I thought that was poop :? I'm not a big fan of musicals anyway thoug tbh but I know I would LOVE dirty dancing because I'd know all the words and dance moves lol

Not really westend but Theatre...

The Cambridge Footlights are doing a national tour. They are showing at my local

Rosemary Branch Hoxton

I reckon Tom would do you a deal and swap his ticket for your Chelsea season ticket  ;)

chicago is, as previously said, rubbish

the producers is the funniest, bestest thing in town by a million miles.

going to spamalot next week so will report back soon

Les Mis! Now the longest running musical in history, can't be beaten for great songs IMO :)

My girlfriend took me to see the Sinatra musical for my birthday which was ace - they use a multimedia show to get Frank projected onto the stage, while they have live dancers and a 46 peice big band, really cool :)

Now I definitely like the sound of the Sinatra musical!

Sinatra has closed

they are fitting up The Sound of Music where it used to be................

Im very excited about going to see Spamalot tomorrow night:) :) :)

Les Mis is, to be fair, pretty good, even after all these years. Phantom is truly rubbish though (unless you are a big fan of curtains)
