Hi will be staying in cala longa for 2 weeks starting from next weekend.

Looking for some ideas on where to go and what to do, we are not into clubs but not dead yet lol.

Any places to meet nice people for drinks and a laugh

Cala Llonga is a nice little resort. Great beach and a handful of good restaurants.
Read more about it here: http://www.ibiza-spotlight.com/cala_llonga_i.htm

Santa Eulalia, Ibiza's 3rd largest city, is about 5 minutes up the road. It's got some nightlife including quite a few bars and even smaller clubs. Read more about it here: http://www.ibiza-spotlight.com/santa_eulalia_i.htm

If you're there on a Sunday afternoon, the restaurant Can Lluch has a great lunch special - paella (basically all you can eat), rose wine and salad for 14 EUR. It's on the road between Cala Llonga and Santa Eulalia, on the left side as you head north. Highly recommended!

It's about 15 minutes from Cala Llonga to Ibiza Town so I'd advise heading down there some evenings and spend some time in the harbor area.

Get the bus 41 to Santa Eulalia.Shop eat walk round in day and night.Or get off at bus street station and then get a bus to Es Cana on a weds hippy market.or go there for the day.Bus 15 will take you to ibizatown.
Or get the 41 or 15 and then on to San An.Boats run from Cala Longa as well to Santa Eulalia.Es cana.Ibizatown.
Hire a car might be best.As the buses from cala longa don;t run all that late.So check the boards. If you do miss the bus for any reason get a taxi.
Which hotel atps are you staying in?.
Vist the village within a village.Just a short walk in Cala Longa.

you will need to rotate picture.in other words ots the whitle house set up in the hills.full of bars swimming pools.etc

Thanks, has it been there long.

We will check it out, not looking for anything too lively just some socialising and meeting some nice people.

Unfortunately Cala Llonga has been ruined by the All Inclusive, making the roads nigh on near dead! However, that said, there are many(including us) whom return more than once a year, year after year after year.
A beautiful beach, with some nice beach bars/cafes.
In the evening, to eat without doubt is Los Albatross. Best food by far and also a lovely relaxing bar just to drink. Opposite is Bar madison, whereby you will instantly feel at home. Chatting to both locals and tourists alike into the early hours.
When you familiarise yourself, take the road to the bottom (dead end) turn right and continue along the lane for about 10 minutes. You will come to another bay, Sol den Serra and a bar (Amante) that opened a few years ago. Very nice indeed!
Yes you will need to visit St Eulalia, it too is lovely and nice early evening.
Enjoy, as Im sure you will.

We have just come back from Cala Llonga having spent a week there and have had some fantastic evenings sat in Los Albatross , and the food is lovely ( i recommend the fresh tuna).
You can also catch the boat to take you to Ibiza town for the day.

best bet to get to Sol den Serra and a bar (Amante.is to walk down the hill from the cala longa fiesta hotel.keep to the left passed a few shops.the road the bends to the right.but you will see a lane thats goes up hill a bit carry up there.and of course keep looking left for a cap down to the bar.not cheap but well worth the small walk for the veiws.

zoom in on the map.where you see a knife and fork
