Cala Llonga

Four of us go regular four times yearly to cala llonga and it really depends what you want to know. What is your age, family status likes/dislikes etc. There is little we dont know lol.8)

Hi Kgldsun,I've booked to go with my wife, both in our 30s, and after booking read some posts on various sites and I'm wondering whether I've booked the right place, some sites make it sound like a ghost town, should have checked before booking really. We want a nice beach(my oh can lie roasting from 9 to 5 for a fortnight as long as she's occasionlly turned and watered).Evenings we just want somewhere we can chill and have some fun.Where ever we go we like to do a couple of trips, especially a boat trip. Thanks

you have picked the right place then.boats come in to bay.and from there to other ports ie santa eulalia/ibiza town.from there you can go anywhere you wish, same at night get the bus 15 to ibiza or 41 to santa eulalia.for a nice evening out.get a taxi back treat yourselfs.

night time in cala longa is what you make it.loads of nice family bars.quite bars where you can just see the stars with a bottle of wine (cala longa bar on beach).very romantic..but if you need a uplifting night.either other places i have mentioned.or you could make your way to playa den bossa for a night out or san an.bus 15 to town then 14 to playa den bossa 3 to san an...

beach is spot on for your lady.good thing about it your only 5 mins away from any hotel ect in that resort.i used to sunbath near el pina attps.so i could nip to loo and use the bar for drinks/food ( for which they put drinks in plastic cups for you) for the beach.they is two beach bars on the beach set back.to enjoy as well.plus loads of eating places.and a very good spar shop for all your needs....

euro rate is always around 1 0r 3 euros more that san an and pdb...art shop and the one next door

calmibz when you going out.

playa imperial is a lovely hotel for children i stayed there about 6x between the ages of 6-13 loved it!! make sure you take a walk around the bay to sol den serra!! well worth a look and a chance to escape!!! lots of pedalos to hire, just be carefull that you dont manage to 'beach' yourself on all the little inlets of the costal wall! we did it loads and they had to keep coming to rescue us! definately pack a snorkle and for a good meal out go to the wild asparagus at the top of the hill! hope this helps... they also have a weekly street market which is nice although watch the pavements as they can be dangerous round there x

Another place to go and eat is the Casa Piedra nice garden, good food and atmosphere it's just outside the village do a left at the top of the road. Also a nice place for a drink is Pirates does'nt have to mant kids in there.
