Heading to Cala Llonga on 15 July for 2 weeks with my 3 teenage boys. Never been to Ibiza before. Any ideas how to keep them occupied..apart from going clubbing!!!

yes, depends on how old they are...........if they are just teens then there is a arcade type park with pool tables, games, some rides and the like.

if they are older then dunno.......cala llonga is relatively small and i'd imagine it'd be quite difficult to get into that much trouble. let them go for a few drinks or somethin.

i think there is an aquatic circus on in sta eularia (5 mins down the road by car)..........that's one night boxed off.

sta eularia itself is also good as a place to go one night, likewise ibiza town. you could maybe let them go off on their own and arrange a meet up later on. lots of street entertainment, stuff going on in both those places

trouble is if they are a older.yes let them go to places mentioned.you can get a bus from cala longa to sta e/#41 and to ibiza #15..but they will have to get a taxi back.

i always feel sorry for younger teens.ok in a hotel they have a kids disco for 1/2 hour.but its a real kids party disco.shame there was not a chain of bars where they could just chill out.and listen to chart music.ect.games pool ect.bit like a youth club in a way.with doormen to keep it save.

Thanks Woodruffe. My boys are 20, 18 and 14. I know the two older ones would probably like to experience the Ibizia Experience...they're responsible enough to go into Ibiza town for a night, I think!

Have you any recommendations on where to go if we hire a car...beaches etc??

a few hire car places at top of hill area.best just to get a map.which just gives you a idea.where your heading.but i would just drive around.and you will find lots of good little beaches and places to go.you cannot get lost.infact thats the best thing to do.you come across more interesting places that way.

get it for a week.but keep off the beer.if you wear sunglasses to drive.make sure you have another normal pair with you.(law)..your not far from anywhere really.just take in the sites as you drive.try to remember things like buildings ect.so nexttime you know where you are.

you could even play golf for the day.which is just down the road from you.beaches lots of them choice is yours really.busy or quite.but make a day of getting out not just for a few hours.stop off have a break ( ie coffee ect).then set off again.its easy to drive we know how to.watch your speed ok.you will find it most enjoyable.that way you will see more of ibiza and cheaper than doing trips.

obviously i don't know your children cath but to put it into context, i went on holiday to ibiza alone (with friends) aged 17 and spent the whole summer working out there when i was 18 and 19.

i'm pretty sure your sons would fancy a bit more than one night in ibiza town!!

anyway, on that basis i think you'd be fine to let them loose in nearby santa eularia or es canar maybe, which is a bigger resort.
