Hi

I'm a young 45 yr old woman, and travelling alone to Cala Llonga at the end of May. Anyone been to the resort and/or hotel? What's it like? What are the links like to and from nearby towns (and cost)?

Any info gratefully received!

cala llonga really nice and quiet. Good beach and ammenities. not sure about buses but sta eularia is a big town about 5 kms away and ibiza town a bit further to the south. i think there are water buses to both towns.

there are buses to ibiza and santa eulalia in summer. i imagine it would be about €1.50 tops to travel either way. cala llonga is an adult/family oriented resort with a good choice of restaurants, many hotels have entertainment, but if you go further afield a taxi back shouldn't cost an arm and a leg.

both me and robo have places in CL. Its a nice quiet resort with some reasonable restaurants too. Definately a family orientated area and not to far from Santa Eulalia as stated above. Some nice bars and great restaurants in that town as well as a good selection of shops.

Cala Llonga fiesta is a good hotel with great views of the bay and has a beautiful terrace. The beach is good if you are fit - a lot of steps - or a lengthy walk around the road.
Ferries available to Es Cana to the north or St.Eulalia and Ibiza Town to the south. Regular bus service to St Eulalia and onward to anywhere on the island. Plenty of restaurants and bars and ten minutes by taxi to St.Eulalia for a greater choice.
