BZP Legal in Ibiza?

Does anyone know what the legal stance is in Ibiza regarding "Party Pills" containing BZP and / or TFMPP?

I know they are legal in Ireland but not sure about other countries.

If the Guarda Civil caught you with a load of BZP stuff i think you would have a very hard time convincing them they were legal even if they were
 
Mephedrone seems to be the legal of choice at the moment, although I wouldn't fancy having to convince the authorities of the legality of the contents of your capsule...
 
i think johnny vodka's response is the most sensible. technically they are probably legal, but try explaining that to the guardia civil at 3 am in front of a club!

I wouldn't walk about with a bag of pills carefree just because they are so called 'legal' highs. They will still be classed as drugs in the eyes of The Civil.

Why risk ****ing up your holiday for some herbal e's?

Add to that getting the pills/caps out there in the 1st place - wouldn't like to explain them if you or your luggage gets searched. They're unlikely to give you the benefit of the doubt...

Exactly... Try explaining that one to a rubber glove wearing customs officer!

You'd get more than just verbal for your herbal! :lol:
