Do not buy them on the net. Also, don't buy them at the clubs because it's more expensive. Get them at the pre-party bars. Sometimes you'll even get lucky and find a good deal. It also keeps you flexible.
The one exception, in my opinion, is Space. I bought them through Ibiza-Spotlight and you get VIP entrance (you just have to bring a print out of the receipt and a photo ID). When I went, that saved me about 20-30 minutes in line, I think.

People come around the beaches giving out flyers with discounts offered off the door price. But when we got them for Cream the price on the door with the discount was more than the price of tickets in the bars in Ibiza Town 
Got Space and Manu tickets on the interweb, and that seemed to work well.

If you're conserving cash, you'd be better off using your credit card for things like groceries (if you're in an apartment), souvenirs (clothes, CDs), meals out, even drinks.
Use your cash to buy your tickets - you'll have more flexibility (oh, I don't feel well tonight!
) and you'll get better deals at the pre-party bars.

Lol. I'll say this again. Im prebuying my tickets due to having extremely limited funds. i wont be going near restaurants and to be honest the most expensive thing im likely to buy in a supermarket will probably be a loaf of bread. hence why im buying tickets before i go. i just got paranoid that you said not to buy online thats all 
if i dont prebuy tickets, i wont have enough money left to go to the parties cause i'll spend it first. and ive got literally bugger all money with me!!
