Buying tickets in advance - What to bring to the club?!?!

Hi, I am going to be arriving in Ibiza late ona Monday and want to go to ASOT so I am buying my tickets in advance however most sites are telling me take the credit card and passport/photo ID. Both of these are vital for me to return home so not quite sure I want to gamble on taking them to the club!

The ibiza spotlight ticket page suggests I can pay by paypal and then I don't have to take the card. My question is has anyone done it this way? I dont want to risk them saying no you still need the card and then forfeit my ticket.

Any advice would be welcome.

I got a new passport this year, could I use my expired one ( corners are cut off by passport office) as valid photo i.d instead of using my new one? (Been known to lose things on night out:))
