Buy and register a car?

hi there, we prepare to ibiza this april and would like to buy a car and register on the island - is it possible? what do we have to look up for? thanks, alice & markus
 
you will need an NIE number and an address so that you can pay the road tax to your local town hall. if you're buying a new car the dealership will make the transfer for you, it it's second hand you are better going to a gestor who can do the transfer and get you your NIE
