no.you best off getting the 10 bus from airport to ibizatown.now you could walk it from there if you wish,or get a taxi.but really just get a taxi from airport to atps.around 15 to 17 euro i would say.
untill you know you way round that area.and where bus station street is.then you could get bus back to airport.trouble is bit of a awalk with a case in tow.but 1000s do it.

It's only now that you said it's walkable I've realised I've been to Figueretas. Got lost on the streets of Eivissa, and ended up walking the long way round to Dalt Vila. Yeah, it's not far and won't take long.

What I would do is take the 10 bus, look out for a Lidl store and a McDonald's on your right, then a roundabout straight after, get off the bus at the first stop after this roundabout.

Turn right and walk towards the sea (you are now in Figueretas) when you are on the seafront path turn left and carry on....no more than 10 mins from the bus stop.

she is taking her granddaughter.is it still awalk to get to.so get a taxi.plus like i know with it begin a gsp appt.she will be moved if not enough booked into.it happens every year.and as she is going for two weeks.i can bet you she will be moved to another atp or even the algarb while she is there or if not when she gets there.

Fair enough woody, you obviously had the advantage of top secret info.

Hopefully my contribution will be of use to someone who wants to get from the airport to the Figueretas area on the cheap....

its not top secret at all.ever since gps took over.its happen every year.even if you do stay here.at some point in oct they move you as not enough people in.

great tip though.like you say only 10 mins if that from McDonald's.to seafront and hotels atps in that area.but still a walk to get to.with cases.as its set back on side street.a bit hilly as well.and steps.

The secret I was talking about is the grandaughter, nothing about her in this thread until you mentioned it.
Anyway, if it's any consolation I have often seen in october notices on the doors of other GPS hotels directing keen new guests towards the Lux Mar complex.

thank you all for the information it has helped alot granddaughter who is 12 is looking forward to going to a different country normally we go to turkey

Although off topic: I yesterday took the bus from outside the Coral Beach Hotel near Cala Nova @ 13:00hrs direct to the airport for just 4 euros which compared to the taxi fare is very good indeed especially as the bus driver was playing tunes through the internal loudspeakers from i presume a local radio station ofwhich the musique played wasn't bad either.
