Burn Studio's pres Residency (DJ Comp)

I think dj competitions are the biggest joke! as we know tight mixing isnt nearly enough to cut it. These competitions reak of mass marketing , sponsorship and promoters making a quick buck , very little about music or even the dj. To be fair though I havn't read all those or comments so I may be a little off the mark with this one but dj comps in general seem to be done by promoters who know they couldnt get a crowd down normally
 
I have to agree with you to a certain extent but to me this one is a little different, not in it's selection process but the support you get after you win the competition. Most comps are usually thanks, well done here's your piece of equipment and don't call us we'll call you. This one has something that the winners can start the ball rolling with, get continued Pr from and make real connections during.
