Hello

As of today, convicted petty criminals who are to do community service, are being made to wear fluorescent bibs with 'Community Payback' written across them in order to supposedly 'shame' them.

When i was doing my community service earlier this year ALL the staff/officers said that this was a bad idea and that they would all be leaving the bibs in the van and not letting the offenders working wear them.

They should wear pink fluffy boiler suits instead. People wont even looke twice as high viz bibs are everywhere, and even if they do notice who's gona give a crap ??

Pink fluffy jump suits all the way, theyd think twice then.
