If you're a guy, what's wrong with good old cargo shorts with button down and zip pockets ? They come fully equipped in shorter versions too these days (seeing as that seems to be the way of things these last 2 years). Then you don't have to worry about ever needing to carry a bag or wear a bumbag, and you can keep an eye (or a hand) on things easily too.
I've only ever seen blokes using bumbags if they want to wear sport/beach shorts everywhere (usually reps - in PDB or the West End !).

yeah but the 'cool' (ahem) guys currently wear tiny tiny shorts and a vest which barely covers their nipples, so no space in the pockets it seems. but thinking of it, as all of them wear white socks up until their knees (or almost), they could actually keep their money inside the socks!

... are they STILL doing this ? There were hardly any in Essex at the weekend - although a lot were wearing completely unnecessary wellies when the ground had dried out completely, so maybe the white socks were hiding beneath !
