Party Girl said:They changed the flight times and it was really inconvenient for us, coz we had to get extra time off work etc and BA were particularly unhelpful and we just found it incredibly rude and cheeky.
There was another time when we were delayed in Tenerife and missed our connecting flight from Gatwick to Jersey, which wasn't BA's fault but my boyfriend had to have an emergency operation whilst we were on holiday (absolute nightmare, wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy) and he couldn't even walk and BA were just rude and unhelpful and made us wait a further 8 hrs before we could fly home. They wouldn't even put us on standby for next flight. Even though I know there wasn't much they could do I would definately say that there customer service was not up to scratch.
I have actually just read an article in the paper about BA saying that they were one of the worst holiday airlines last summer for puntuality.
Ooh, ya gonna keep us in suspense!Lady G said:I work for a well know transatlantic airline and have flown BA a few times. They're okay.
