Heading there this weekend & was wondering if anyone has advice on hotels (avec sea view), bars, restaurants etc.

I know there are a couple of old threads on this.

Worth paying up for Queens Hotel?

Was down there a couple of months ago and stayed at Blanch House, cool pace with a great cocktail bar and the restaurant is also decent. Not on the sea front, but just up the street. They also have a three legged cat called Tom.

Decent restaurants and bars all around it (nice Thai just round the corner)

Make sure you visit the lane where Jimmy shagged Steph.

Bit late on hotel booking so had little choice other than Queens... the reviews are so will see.

Not planning on clubbing, but will hopefully stumble across a decent restaurant & a few bars.
