Girls in the office trying to get me to go - anyone know if it's good for bulking up a bit? Or is it better for girls wanting to slim down? Should I just stick to the weights?

I think I'll give it a go just to see what happens :confused: if I'm in major pain all over the following (or next) day then I'll conclude it works :lol:

I've been - great for toning - crap for bulking up.

Done in conjunction with your normal gym workout it can be good.

Someone your size wouldn't need to though - like cardio, that should be the first thing to go.

Concentrate on bulking up...high weight low repetition all the way. ;)

Do it for a laugh though and post pictures of yourself in the leotard please! :lol:
