Joining the Body Music residents John Oudo and Pablo Martinez is one of France's number ones, DJ FUDGE signed to the very respectable Kif Records for a lovely afrofunkin house session. Whilst rounding off the package is surely one of the best producers in the UK right now 'Jimpster'. We cannot implore enough how good this guy is and with his label Freerange DJ Mag's 'Number One' House label for 2007.
Fudge was born in 1973. His passion for music started early. As young as 16 years of age, he was organising parties in the suburbs of Paris where he was born, mixing funk and disco sounds together. It was during this time that he decided to go one step further to satisfy his curiosity and learn how music was composed: he bought his first keyboard, followed two years later by an atari and a sampler, which enabled him to experiment, composing his own original sounds.
Joining Andy in the basement this month is Artizan music head honcho Jafar and for us one of the men of the moment in the UK electronic music scence Jamie Odell aka Jimpster producer, remixer, dj, co owner of the Freerange Records label and part of The Bays. His musical upbringing and open minded attitude to all types of music have meant his productions have found fans across the globe in the electronica/downtempo as well as house music scenes.
