Arriving in Ibiza July 5th-15th

Thinking about getting a ferry over from ibiza town to formentera just a few questions.

How much are tickets, does that include there and back, about what times do they start and stop running?
Any reccomendations on the best beaches? will be walking from the boat to where ever the best beach is, if its walkable? do they get busy?

Is there any good little islands inbetween that any boats stop off at? somewhere really secluded or something?
Also any bars, and is it worth a day out from the clubbing holiday?

Cheers, Matt

10.17 euro .no stop offs on the way.most go to two stops on island.choice is yours.from 10.30 am from figueretes.and 10.45 from playa den bossa return 17.30/ 45 mins to get there..well last years times anyway.. make sure you listen for return time and get on right boat back.capitan hook is a good glass bottom boat.

which resort you base in anyway.might save you a trip to town thats all.

last time i went years ago.we just turn left when boat stopped.took a walk into a nudest area.but if you carry on a bit you pass them.bar was there as well.or you can get of at hafen port.

you can get a faster boat from ibizatown.cat one

keep an eye out for magazines like 'pacha' etc as last year they had adverts for 'mediterranea pitiusa sl' one of the ferry companies which had discount vouchers.first boat was about 9.15, last return about 8pm

if i were you get a taxi and a map when you arrive at the terminal in formentera (although there a dozens of car/bike/bicycle hire shops) and go somewhere like juan y andrea (illetas) walk through onto the beach rather than stop in restaurant (unless feeling flush!) sea is fantastic and can wade out into clear blue water plus great view back towards es vedra and ibiza

it can be an expensive day out but we love getting over there for a change
