hi guys

we are going to stay in pdb this august. we are thinking of going to formentura for a day

is there any boat from pdb to formentura beach?

thanks

Playa den Bossa - Formentera (Playa Illetes and La Savina)
10.00 and 11.00 there, and at 16.30 or 18.30 back. 45 minute trip, From Ses Figueretes the ferry leaves at 9.50 and 11.10

but don't hold me to it!

Yup. Top end of PDB beach there's a tiny pier where you get on the ferry and there will be loads of flyers there on the boards and choose the ferry that suits you the best.

At least three ferry companies make the trip.

thanks for the replies

what would happens if the return boats are full. how will we get back to ibiza? lol

also, any idea how much the return trip cost?

thanks again

In general, the boats are only used by day trippers so the same coming back as went in the morning.
Average price €20 return.

Aquabus are putting a whole lot of effort into publicising themselves on the web. To date I've found nothing from Captain Hook and the other glass-bottom boat. If you have seen their websites/facebook pages (if they have them) can you please post a link?

Next week I'll collect all the flyers and post them on here (if, this time, I remember to bring them back with me :spank:)

There was a boat leaving last saturday and sunday at 2:30 and coming back at 9pm.59euro free drink and food, chilled out up on deck and disco below.use of jet ski and 4hrs in formentera.150 people on a new boat.:p

yes it started last year.not sure how you book it though.i think flyers are handed out on beach and pa;s walking round with info.most days its full and sometime two boats are booked out.

yeah guys on the beach rounding up beautiful people as one of them said,no familys either im sure he ment no kids:lol: Boat goes from disco point i think they said and discount for large groups. You pay 30euro deposite.

Thanks for the photos - I've just checked on Ulises website and, if it's up to date, seems to be cheaper than last year (confirm, anyone??). Pity it only returns @5pm, I need later boats than that!

Is there a price-war going on between the companies, are day-trips more popular than ever, or is it simply the recession and people won't/can't pay e25 or more?

Whatever, it's good for the holiday-maker!

I've still got a couple of flyers from Ulises,I know one of them is from last year but I don't know which?
Anyway one is 25 and the other 20 euros...

old flyers those are.so don;t take my word for it.yes at start of season it cheap then they put it up in late june.

Brand new flyers as of 26 May 2012 ...and if anyone can copy and print them the right way up I'd appreciate it :spank: :D

Just got back and done the trip myself, took about 40 mins from PDB and cost 20 euros return.

From the Algarb Hotel it was on my left about 40 meters to the small pier.

Would recommend it.
