must say am very Impressed by the level of service i was given this morn by those nice people at BMW/MINI

very curteous, even though i get all my servicing for free 8)
 
My Dad hass just got a new one series and he was just saying only today how good the service is at BMW, they fixed a problem he had while he waited :D
Take it the mini is purring like a kitten again?! :D
 
I have a 330 coupe which I love but I am niggled by a couple of things that have gone wrong in 3 months, E.Mirrors no longer work, Cruise control faulty, spotlight cracked. I do though feel confident that this will all be sorted in a few weeks when it has it's 18K service. If you want to wait while they do the work they are always very couteous and a no. of times I have used someones office to work out of while I wait :D
