Not sure whether you've booked the hotel but last year my parents came out to visit me as I was working in Ibiza as a rep, and it was the only htoel I could find that would suit them down to the ground.
There are no english people staying there - unless your a rep and wanting to loung on a gorge sunbed - so be prepared for Germans, but no rowdy ones, aimed very much at couples and a very romantic atmosphere.
Its perfectly based as you have the beautiful sunsets and next door to Kanya, Coastline and all the other sunset bars. You are also walking distance to the harbour and west end, as you know from staying at the Gran Sol. One word of warning though about the hotel, the food is not great at all. My parents made the mistake of booking bed, breakfast and dinner and it was a mistake, so my advice is just go B & B, you'll love it though I can assure you of that!
