Also if you look at the map sections of this site you can see where the clubs are situated, San An, (Eden, Es Paradis and random clubs in the West End), on the main motorway across the Island, Underground, Amnesia, Priv., in Ibiza Town, Pacha, El Divino and in Playa Den Bossa, Space, Bora Bora and DC10 is sort of in that vicinity too.
You say you are staying in Port es Torrent? A regular bus service runs from there to San An for a couple of Euros however, later a taxi ride will most prob be needed once you have chosen which club you want to go to.
Restaurants - there is a section on this site with peoples recommendations which covers a variety of styles and tastes, same with bars etc.
