Do the people in your office bring in cakes when its there birthday?

Ive got to try and resist today because i had an egg custerd yesterday , i also had a big bag of fish and chips last night for dinner because i was stressed out. I couldnt do a work out at the gym because i didnt stretch properly sunday morning and i couldnt move my legs or my arms - drama

yes, people bring in cakes for birthdays, but other than that we're nto allowed to eat at our desks

If I'm dieting when cakes come round I do quite good at resisting, unless its a krispy kreme being bought round

If you've been doing all your healthy stuff mambs, 1 loads of fish and chips aint gonna hurt, just resume to normal eating today

Leese ive not had a curry now for about 2 weeks , im doing well and im going to start the good girl eating again today and im going to the gym tonight - to try again
