Birmingham UK, nights out??? Bars???

Hi,

Planning a night out in Birmingham soon but I have never been there.

Probably wont do a club but we are thinking of several cool bars with DJ in the funky house style.

Is there an area to try?

Les west end, more mambos (if you know what I mean)

Probably best heading to the arcadian centre ( just backs onto chinatown ). There's 4 or 5 bars there, sobar maybe your best bet for house music. Over the road from the arcadian you have bambu which is a bit more of a club. Theres also broad street which is 95% garbage but the rococo lounge is ok and not far from broad street is bushwackas.
