Also on Saturday nite overshadowed by the Hatton fight Ireland's John Duddy
comes up against 2 times challenger Howard Eastman so ill be tuning into that for sure cheering on John, best of luck mate.8)

GET IN THERE Ireland's John Duddy beat Howard Eastman from London this evening to earn himself a crack at the World Middleweight Championship great fight indeed, if the Hatton/Mayweather fight is half as good as this it'll be amazing,credit to Eastman though he out up a great fight but Duddy deserved the win,went the distance which was great.
Anyway off to bed now and back up for the Hatton fight, no doubt a few mots will be back later aftet he clubs and as ever ill have to entertain them

He might be a "knob" but from what I read on the beeb website, this guy called it perfectly right!
Hatton dominated early rounds, and Mayweather took him out in the 10th round... just as predicted.
Timing was all wrong for me to watch it live but hope to catch a replay (or BitTorrent it) later today!

Agree - I think we (well alot, me included) got blinded by the hype.
Mayweather barely seemed to break sweat & looked a far more impressive physical frame. His technique was also amazingly impressive.
That said, if all fights looked more like that (a cracking big brawl) then I would pay more interest.
Very pleased to see Joe C winning the sports personality, albeit if I hear Lineker say to another world champion 'So whats more frightening, a set with X/fight with Y/race against Z or stepping up on the stage in front of all these British greats?' - i'll punch his smug little head in!
