best way to test adsl speed before starting a dispute

HI Guys

we are paying for a 6meg adsl deal with telefonica, mainly so i can get live sky tv via sky go.For the first 3 weeks or so its been fine, but now there is a real change in speed. I have turned off hide my ass( an ip hider) and have ran a speed test which reckons i'm grade D 75% behind the spanish average.

is there a bona fide web speed test page that i can use to get an accurate result before i kick off on telefonica.

most online speed tests are inaccurate.

best way is to find two decent download sources i.e 2 patches for games etc and download at the same time - add the download speed together and that will test it to its max......

i used to use an old blueyonder site that had loads of demos on and they told me this is best way to max your speed
