Best sights/experiences during the Winter?

Hey everyone, I'm new to the boards and new to Ibiza. My buddies Tim and Paul and I are coming to the island from Dec 29 - Jan 3. What are the best places to visit/sights to see/activities for the winter down season, other than the clubs of course? Any recommendations? Thanks, appreciate it very much.

Anyone know if Cafe Del Mar is open during December at all??

Also, we'd love to meet up and make some new friends while there, if there's any other English speakers planning on going for NYE 2007/08!

no but at this time of the year you can enjoy much nicer sunsets at cap des falcó (near las salinas)!!

the only sunset bars open in san antonio are rey de copas and golden buddha.....
