Best places to watch the sunrise??

Where is the best place to watch the sunrise in Ibiza? Its usually all about the sunset but would love to go somewhere to watch the sunrise. Any suggestions?
 
anywhere in playa den bossa.or if you can up to the Dalt Vila high point.if you can get out of bed for say 7.15am.its not till 7.38am.but nice to see what the skies like at that time.
 
Cala llonga beach is an amazing place to watch it rise, a real 'at one with the island' moment in my opinion
 
^^ it's not that far ! Can't you get past the barriers to the lower turning area by the steps if you arrived before sunrise anyway ? Pretty sure you could take a scooter down there in any case :idea:

the spot on the bottom left hand corner of this photo always struck me as a perfect parking space !

In the daytime they have a barrier up by the car park which is a reasonable trek but I bet it isn't manned at night. SOOOO Minimarc .... did you & HB take a mudbath ? :twisted:
 
if your referring to that beach it was bad weather that day so not that pleasant so we went round the bay to Cala San Vicente , the surf was big!!!
 
... and if I wasn't referring to that beach ... :eek: ;) shame ... on a good day it's great.

Top of Torre d'en Valls might be a nice place to be for sunrise come to think of it ... bet not many people have bothered to do that :)
 
I bet that little island you can see from Figuertas/es viver would be a good spot. Bit of a swim to get there mind. I saw someone swim out there in June, took him ages. Anyone know/could accurately guess how far it is?
 
That's not too far, looks further. I've always gone for your approach in the past, you get great views of the sunrise from a 3rd floor balcony at the Jabeque. That's another challenge added to the Ibiza bucket list though, will see how things go next weekend.
 
I really enjoyed watching dawn sitting in the rocks just in front of the luxe apts in figueretas. Nowhere to really lie down- (the only flat bit of sand had 2 people sleeping in a wind shield, when we went down!) But still, very tranquilo
