best part of the canaries for work?

which part of the canaries is the best bet for the winter season, ive spent the last 6 months here singing in 3/4 star hotels, want to do the same elsewhere, i don't do bars and dives, looking for upmarket gigs for a audience 40 + years old.

no i am not, plenty of workers from here go to the ski resorts and elsewhere, i am simply asking which resorts are more upmarket, having not been to the canaries before, ok genius

thanks physcolisa, but i dont do bars, so suggestions for places with strips of sky sports and karaoke dives is a no no, but yes i am more diplomatic than this normally but i just wantt o be clear about what i want.

one mans dive is another mans vegas i guess
