What say you? Stayed there last year but didn't see anywhere really, wasn't looking that hard to be fair.

maybe at the restaurant bali beach, but to be honest I'd rather take a bit of a journey to other places to enjoy a proper good paella.
- el carmen in cala d'hort
- maria luisa in cala vadella

both do great paellas

Restaurante Grill d'en Bossa / Casa Manolo walk along pdb prom towards where you get boats.its just before the jetty on the left next but one pasted jds. Also full most days and nights locals go there alot so tells you something.does lots of fish dishes, nice wine selection as well.best to per book aday before pick your table

That small place opp space do a good one for lunch. Its not on the menu but they have it most days.

last time i was on the island we went to Cafe America in Figueretas

seat looking out to sea
fantastic paella
reasonably priced

Not in PDB, but Restaurant Sa Caleta does the best Paella in the world. The blind Paella is the best.

Was even discussing paella with a Spanish guy in Tenerife once and he concurred.

while i agree sa caleta is basically a very nice place, the paellas i had there over the last 10 years reached from very nice to absolutely underwhelming. unforunately very unconsistent in quality basing on my personal experience.

Had the blind paella at Sa Caleta last year and I agree that was the best paella I have ever eaten. Another funny thing with that meal was that Luciano and his friends was siting on the table beside us :). But if we talking about Pdb, I Think they have the best paella on the fish restaurant (dont remember the name) very Close to the boats to Formentera and Ibiza Town. It´s quit Close to the hotel Torres del mar if you know what I mean ;)

What woodruffe says, they do a mean paella at Grill D'en Bossa, expect to be dining mainly with the locals. One of our fave eating places in the area.
