Best Paella in Ibiza

OK, I want to try Paella for the first time when we go back to ibiza in june.
Where do we go to get the best?
We'll have a car and I don't mind paying good money for good food.

Im my opinion.... its either at Restaurante Sams (on the front of the harbour in Ibiza town!) or at Sol den Serra ( Just around the corner from Cala llonga, down the dirt track! Beautiful views overlooking bay too!!)
 
Without a doubt, Coastline Cafe has the GREATEST paella I've ever tasted... and there's so much of it!!!

Have to agree with you there, had it the last time I was in Ibiza and it was gorgeous :D
