Coming from the U.S. this summer....have seen a lot of posts for Paella and finally found out what it is! It looks awesome and I hear it is sort of a tradition to eat it with your friends? Since this is our first time to Spain, I want to make sure to follow through with tradition! ;) Can anybody tell me where to find the best Paella on the island? Any help with this would be awesome, as I've only seen a few posts with the actual name of the restaurant! Thanks everyone!

Try Sa Punta in Talamanca or Cafe Formentara in Ibiza Town. I have had it at Cafe Formentara, but heard the Paella at Sa Punta is awesome, plus it has a great view. Whatever you do, stay away from paella in San Antonio.

If I'd eaten more than two small spanish omlettes over the 4 days I spent in ibiza, I would definitely have gone for a paella.
