Best option if coming in mid-August??

Okay, myself and three mates are hoping to do a week in Ibiza in the mid-August. We want to stay in Ibiza Town (or nearby). I've seen a deal for £399 each (flights, apartment, transfers, etc) for one week. Is that really expensive, or typical of what were likely to pay for that time of year? I don't mind forking out that kind of money, but I don't want to book it and then find out we could have paid half that booking it last minute? or are last minute deals more likely to be for accommodation in San Antonio area? Advice?

that sounds about right but dont expect anywhere great for that money we book flights and hotel direct and thats working out about £440 each this year but we know the hotels good and nr. the action!
