Best Ibiza Tunes 2004?

Hi all!

I just returned from my amazing trip to Ibiza. It was really outstanding...

Now I would like to ask you for the title/artist of some songs I have heard in Ibiza (mainly Bora-Bora but also Clubs (Privilege, Pacha)).

There was one special song where the whole people sang along in Pacha and in Privilege (8.000 people sang this song - that gives me the creeps... ) The song must be VERY popular in Ibiza... Sadly I don´t know the title/artist. Can you help me?

Can you also give me the title/artist of other popular Ibiza tunes? Perhaps I recognize one of them :P

Can you tell us what the people in Privilege sang?

You may need to give us a bit more info than what you have!!!
 
I may know song you mean actually. I have also been trying to fine it out. When i went to Ibiza at the beginning of August we went on a boat party and as soon as this song came on, everyone on the boat wen insane and were up dancing and singing along but we (being the only english people on the boat) had no idea what the song was. This also happened in several bars. Everyone was singing along. I wish i would remember a few of the lyrics but they were in a different language.
 
OK, thank you for your answers. In another thread in this forum I found my song: it´s called "Alter Ego - Rocker".

Everybody sang "o oooo oooo ooo.." when the music stopped (difficult to explain, but if you know this song, you know what I mean ;)

YES :!: Everybody knows this track out there. Everybody sang it in unison when i heard it on the Space Terrace for the first time, and also Manumission @ Privelege, and even on the DiscoBus!!!!! :D

That track was one of the great discoveries as far as songs are concerned. Sounds like this could be the one. ;)

My other tracks were:
1.) Flashdance
2.) Lola's Theme
3.) My My My
4.) Strings of Life
5.) Doin' My Own Thing
6.) The Weekend
7.) Flower Power

I'm sure i'll think of some later but these were the ones doin the rounds...... :D

Sounds like "zombie Nation"
 
Well they played an intersting version of Nirvana at Manumission of Monday, think if was Smells Like Team Spirit but am open for correction.

In Pacha on Tuesday (?) at Subliminal, they popped on Song 2 by Blur, but again I am happy to be corrected

Heard em both on Pacha this year too.

Actually Deep Dish played 'Song 2' on the Radio 1 essentiamix from Creamfields too.
 
my fav ibiza tune at the moment is Max Linen - Flashback.
though there are plenty others i also dig! :D
