Best earplugs for the music?

I saw some old posts but nothing recent.

What do you recommend for ear plugs for the Ibiza clubs?
Is it worth it? If so, any you specifically recommend?

ACS Earplugs -15db. Can’t rate them enough, makes music sound clearer on some systems,

If you're a regular clubber then I reckon it's worth getting a pair of custom made earplugs, they're expensive but worth it. I got my current ones from Snugs. Previously I had some from https://www.ultimateear.com/ but I prefer the Snugs ones. My hearing is shot to pieces, almost everything from about 2.2KHz up is gone already and although in my case it's probably not down just to listening to music I can't stress enough how important it is to look after your ears.

I’ve got ACS custom ones. Fantastic. I won’t go clubbing without them.

I wish I got them years ago, would have prevented my T.
