In answer to the question, the best nights will depend on your taste in music, your best bet will be to check the clubbing section on this site which details what clubs play what music.

There were a couple of hardcore nights at Es Paradis last year ( Helter Skelter & de ja vu ). I didn't go to these but the club itself is pleasant enough.

Generally speaking though you will find Space and Pacha tend to be most peoples favourite. Space is mine anyway 8)
