Berlin non-clubbing thread

Hey - Berlin booked for May!

Ron Trent is playing panorama bar - musical luminary in the house. 8)

Excited as he never seems to leave NYC these days.

Staying in hipster central it seems: www.michelbergerhotel.com (but thanks for all the recommends!)

I've not been to Berlin for a few years now and have practically rinsed all the tourist circuit dry from the holocaust exhibitions to the stasi museum etc.

I'm after a list of recommends - a Berlin for Berliners type list...

Restaurants, cultural centres, alternative happenings (like the Tacheles) etc.

My mate stayed there , great hotal apparently (and next door to the hostel i mentioned , great location!)

As for non clubbing I gotta be honest and say i havnt done much. Hiring a bike is fun and a great way to get your bearings , you can get em from the hostel next to where u staying.
