me and my mate are thinking about going to berlin, specifically to visit berghain!

one small worry is that i read in a review that if the bouncer doesn't like the look of you he wont let you in! being from scotland i feel we may look a little different from the local and not get in!

anyone have any experience of the door policy and wether its worthwhile making the trip to berlins trendiest club?

If you say that you took the long way from scotland to berlin
ONLY :twisted: to see the berghain i dont´t think that the bouncer makes
any problems :idea:
and there are many other nice clubs in berlin ...

thanks for the advice, i am seriously considering coming over!

when is the best time to visit do you reckon? i'm thinink august as i have ibiza in june and septmeber and some festivals in july.

this technique also worked in dublin a few weeks ago when we went to see david guetta, the bouncer at the door wasn't to pleased to see 9 males approaching at the one time but i told him we flew from glasgow and showed him my F*** ME IM FAMOUS t shirt and they let us in :lol:

in march i went from hamburg to berlin only to see james holden at berghain
but they don't let us in. you can tell them you come from another city or
working for the scene but it doesn't help. nearly half of the people which where waiting where sent away. for me - berghain nevermore. it's a pity cause of the really good bookings there.

that sounds not good :x

but what about to reserve a table or somethink like that??? to buy your cards in advance booking???
 
maybe i wont be coming then :? :cry:

i emailed them to ask if there was any way of making sure i would get in but got no reply.

it says on the website NO BOOKINGS
