Take the bus from Benidorm to Denia and then take the ferry to Ibiza.

I can't help on the bus, I don't know what companies run there, maybe you can ask in the Benidorm forums.

Barcelona - ibiza - Barcelona in ferry during the summer it's minimum 250€

Compare it to flights maybe it's worth to take a plane

I believe that there is a slow ferry crossing and an express one. We took the slow one the year before last from Denia and paid about 140euros return but that included 3 nights full board hotel.

The crossing was 4 hours
