if you mean anywhere other than a club..........then a shop or even better a supermercado is the cheapest. other than that, there are hundreds of bars in all the resorts which offer good value drinks, with lots of offers.
Supermarkets are really cheap! Eroski I think it is in San Antonio? You can buy cans of beer in Hipercor here for 34 cents - dirt cheap....and I think Hipercor is at the higher end of the supermarket class in my opion!
