Beach hut/kiosks

does anybody have an idea of how to get like a straw kiosk on the beach of bora bora or san antonio to serve drinks from during the day how hard would it be and do you think it would be possible??
 
is there any harm in asking? we have established the fact that you cant do it, so why cant you do it?

McRackin heres 1 for you if it would never happen nd forget about it too many rivers to cross etc, how did the jamaican cocktails hut on the beach open round san antonio bay next to where you hire the jet ski's out????
 
do you mean the reggae bar in cala pinet? obviously they took over an existing bar with the right licenses. they didnt start from zero ! !

if what you mean is opening a brand spanking new hut/kiosk/whatever in the beach, i repeat, forget about it except if you have good contacts in the ayuntamiento.....
