BBC1 last night - trip to the brothel!

Did anyone see the documentary about the three disabled guys who went on a boys weekend to the brothel in Spain?

For those that missed this gem. One guy was wheelchair bound and last year his parents treated him to a visit to a brothel on the Costa Blanca. This guy was quite taken with the experience and decided to recruit people in a similar position to him to go on another trip via internet forums. His inbox was bombarded with nasty emails, but he did get two other guys wanting to check out the action. One had been in a bike smash and was in a chair, the other was virtually blind.

Anyway....without wanting to upset the pc brigade, I fell off the sofa laughing when the blind guy gets his telescope out on the beach to checkout the totty!!

I saw this last night... thought it was a really interesting program!

I can totally understand both arguments for and against it. The original guy in the wheelchair who was trying to arrange it seemed totally sound minded too. I guess he knows that the odds are stacked against him ever finding a normal girlfriend looking how he does, sad but true.

The other guy in the wheelchair looked normal apart from he had lost the use of his legs. I guess because he had previously been able-bodied he found it harder to accept that he might not meet a girl normally and have a relationship with her.

I did agree with the second guy though that the whole thing did seem a bit seedy. He said if it was a bit more natural he might have done it, but the way these girls were dancing about flirting with the guys and saying things like "you're gorgeous" to them... I mean, come on, anyone in their right might could see through that. I agreed with him when he said it was just too seedy and not honest enough for him.

I agree I did laugh when the blind guy was checking out the totty on the beach, the telescope wasn't a giveaway or anything mate dont worry lol :lol:
 
Saw it too. Agree with Becki, very interesting.

I thought it was great they plucked the courage to do it. I have up most respect for the parents who were so supportive. While i'm sure the more conservative viewers wouldve been appalled, I think they seemed like very caring parents who simply wanted their son to be happy.

I wonder where in spain it was they went, looked like the south, it was quite sunny
 
So...to put it bluntly, did they all get laid?

I say utterly fair play. I did not see it, but the idea of doing it - if I was in the same boat, i'd be there every week!
 
Two of the guys got what they went for, the third guy as mentioned above thought it was too seedy. In fairness, he probably had the best chance of the three of a normal relationship.

I think the girl who entertained the visually impaired fella earned her £125, apparently he took an hour to reach the finale!

I think that was in Euro's so it wouldve been even less. I have to say, it was much less than i wouldve imagined!
