basic household costs - boring but necessary!

Hi Ibizan Winterers,

Need a little help with estimating the boring but necessary evils of household managment on Ibiza......
Planning to rent a 3/4 bed house with central heating (as you all advised a long while back) probably without a pool for the first year.
I know it is all dependant on usage but on average what are the rates for electricity, water, and are there any local tax or rates I need to be aware of.

Also any opinions/ advice on the spanish school Escuela Mestral in Can Misses, Ibiza town? Considering sending my two children aged 4/ 12 there.

And lastly (promise...)

Have been using idealista, living-on-ibiza and R&R ibiza for reseraching ibizan long term rentals are there any more I should know about?

We've been looking on Ibiza-Services.com and libercasa.com for our inspiration!! Although we've not been looking at houses, we've started small and looked at apartments so we can have somewhere to live and then after that start looking for a house....!
