while in Ibiza there was this beach bar/resturant next to Hotel Argos on Talamanca Beach. they had such good breaded calamari. They had regular breaded and "homemade" breaded. It would love to know that homemade recipe and make them at home. It was so great having those with bottles of FREIXENET

ahhh...McRackin..that is it! Hit it up twice when we were there this summer. basic..but good
